How do you change the Total field (which is by default the Net Total) in the CPQ Quote Line Editor (Edit Lines) on the top left corner to some other fields?

To do that, update the Salesforce Package Settings as below:
Setup> Installed Packages > Salesforce CPQ > Configure > Under Line Editor tab > Totals field = Customer Amount.
