25 is the normal roll up summary field limit per object in Salesforce. You could request Salesforce to increase it to 40 max.
What do you do if you need even more?

We needed 50 plus for a CPQ project. You could build a flow or a trigger. Even better yet, you could use this free open source code and get the job done in a jiffy!
